        One of the solicitors I dealt with left patronising voicemails on my telephone and sent a patronising letters to myself and a family member. Very unprofessional they are not a proactive firm and definitely do not fight for justice but instead watch clients suffer and take pitty just because its legal aid does not mean we are not human, everyone should be all treated fairly with respect something this firm does not represent in my experience.
