Poor customer service which seems to be getting more and more common among companies. I used their enquiry form a while ago to enquire about lease extension (Stopsley office) but there was no reply so I called them and was advised they only dealt with with these matters at their Bedford office. So I sent another enquiry which was even acknowledged by a lady called Lindsay on 7/9/22 who said she was going to direct my query to the relevant department. Never heard back from them!

Christine and Carol from Stopsley branch . we have been through some tough times. but they have been beyond the Call of Duty so to speak.. they're always there to answer your questions or any concerns you have .if they say they're going to ring you back they will ring you back. an absolute pleasure ..Thank you Christine and Carol...Mr A.FETTI

I made a request to be contacted via their website, and days later I've still not heard a peep from them. It's possible that their service is excellent, but I'll never get the chance to find out. Sorry, but 1 star for falling over at the first step, and the simplest of tasks. Update following response: fair enough, and thanks for responding. I have increased the score to reflect this.
