its awful, theres bed bugs, rats , the water cant be drunk because of limescale levels. staff do not care about the youngsters, more u earn the more they take im talkin hundreds a week . the bathrooms are discusting. staff walk into rooms. place stinks of fags n weed, grown men are in with the younger ages ,its not home its hell

Please, please do not send children/vulnerable adults to this place. The staff are absolutely heartless, especially one of the extremely larger women whos name I can not remember. We have made multiple complaints to the police about this hostel and there is an ongoing situations. I have photos of cockroaches and bed bugs in which they forced they vulnerable adults to live in, when it was bought to there attention, they denied all and cleared any evidence. Please beware of this place, we live in such nasty difficult times.. and sending your vulnerable children/adults to this place will ruin there confident, hygiene and mental stability. I think all Mary Seacole staff need to have a real good look at themselves. Really sad that people who are supposed to care, actually are some of the worst, most evil people. Hopefully police will shut this place down soon and investigate the staff!! Shame on you.
