        I moved out of my property 6 weeks ago and still waiting to get my overpayment which is over 500. Ive called numerous times and cannot get hold of the accounts team, emailed endless times directly to the person who is handling the matter and no reply, Ive even asked for the complaint procedure twice and they cant be bothered to email me back. If I was in arrears for sox weeks Im sure they would of send me eviction notices.

        Terrible, when I moved in place was such a state you wouldnt let a dog stay there let alone a human. had to spend thousands making it liveable. All you get is grief housing officers telling you bike is a fire hazard when its tucked under the stairs but dont do anything about the mould in my bathroom. rent increases every single year. Honestly if you can avoid do! catalyst are awful.
