        Called catalyst many times about the mold in my property, ive got 4 children, with 3 in 1 room as its a 2 bedroom house. 3 times different people said they would do something about it, but still nothing. Worst service ever. Posted some pictures too.

        One star too generous, impossible to contact by phone and incompetent staff cannot deal with enquiries. Long response times. Simple request not dealt with.

        Reported a leak from the flat above my brothers 7 months ago. He is still living with wet walls and mould all over his house. Everytime I ring we are promised it will be sorted but it never is. I have raised another complaint today but I doubt I will get any satisfaction!
