Great hotel for an overnight. 2 things could have been better: 1h wait for a chicken burger (got an apologies so that count) No shuttle to airport (20mn walk next to luton road not so nice) Otherwise its the better hotel in the area.

Had a poor start on arrival - room booked was not available (superior family room) I was told only a double was available, kids had to be sent to sleep elsewhere as a result after a 6 hour flight just what you want the guy was not great at reception and I wont post his name but he needs retraining, he then tried to charge me again for a prepaid room. It was just hard work and he was rude I have never experienced such poor service with this chain before but will be logging a formal complaint. Whilst part of this was acknowledged in the morning they clearly dont want to deal with the issues at hand. Think twice before booking here.

AVOID - Private Parking Scam. I arrived late - after midnight - and parked in their car park. Nobody advised me of an additional fee and there was no barrier and ticket system. Instead they have outsourced to a private parking company who charged me a 100 fine - which was more than the cost of the stay. THIS IS OBVIOUSLY A TOTAL SCAM! In fact I paid 20 to use a slow overnight car charger! When I complained the staff were unhelpful and refused to refund the fee - totally washing their hand of it. Non-existent customer service. Avoid this place like the plague!
