Room was fine, very basic, odd smell. Looked clean but then woke up to dust on surfaces of mobile phone and iPad. So iit wasn't clean. Window was blown and traffic was loud but it would be. Woken at 5am by beeping which sounded like it was outside. After investigating it was in reception,, next to the room and was a (slightly worryingly) a fault with the fire alarm. Informed WhatsApp and whoever manages that came and turned it off promptly enough. I did say I'd not slept and they apologised and offered 20% off my next stay. I said I wouldn't be back this way and could they take it off this stay and they said no. Bit like coming to paint a room and taking the money having only done 3 walls. Cheeky and greedy. Go elsewhere.
