        Very bad surgery including Lea vale. No car park, never tell us where the appointments are, no text to confirm whether we have any appointments, very rude, long holding on the phone and when we reach them after 1 hour 45 minutes said cant hear you and cut the calls.

        Rubbish phone service, waiting half an hour to an hour is minimum. When the call is finally connected, the woman cant hear you and ends the call. Terrible service with no regard to patients

        The worse Gp. I'm trying to call from 8 in the morning and they just send me to voicemail and close my telephone and I have to restart again the call.I don't understand why you still open the practice, you should close it if you don't no how to look after customers.
