Care informative. Care did the job really and it worked so can't complain apart from the faulty coffee machine.

No one seems to know whats happening, reception couldnt make follow up appointments on our last visit, X-ray of someone elses leg put into my daughters file and still not been removed, call the fracture clinic and never any answer.

Lack of communication between this place and L and D hospital, the receptionists are rude, they changed my mum's appointment without sending out a new letter luckily I logged on the online nhs refferals to double check the appointment and it had indeed been changed but without informing my mum so if we was to go off the letter we had in the post we would not have been seen as the appointment got changed but without sending a new letter in the post. Update 22.03.23 after countless times trying to rearrange appt as asked by the consultant if the scan is before the next appt no one is answering the phone as I'm am writing this update I'm on the phone and still calls not being picked up.

awful organisation skills, waited forever, as you do anywhere in a luton hospital. had a morning appointment and couldve gone to work instead and then come in, they were that delayed.
