Sales lady was not honest in selling, she sold a product that was 15 more than other places. The following week when we went for a refund, she pretended she never saw us before, was not giving the refund via card or cash, said it needed to be a cheque that only manager can sign who conveniently was on holiday. We had to come back a week later to get the cheque refund, such an old method, and that was less than the full refund amount due to them charging for cancellation. Would strongly NOT recommend anyone to go here, there are better places available for herbal medicine and aqua puncture in luton. Very disappointed!

Really bad service, hustling tactics, extremely poor treatments and bad hygiene. The list could go on. I booked in for acupuncture and cupping. On arrival the lady tried to sell me herbs for 2 weeks worth 100 plus some tablets. Saying I need herbs not a treatment. ??? After about 10-15 minutes trying all sales tactics on me she finally agreed to do the treatment (I should have saved myself and leave when the push sale begun). She put 4-6 needles in my lower back and left me for about 40 minutes. Came back and put cups on so lightly I didnt feel anything, took it of within 5-8 minutes and rubbed a stone on my back for about 2 minutes. This was the most expensive waste of time I ever encountered. At the begging of the treatment she stared sales tactics again and same at the end and of course once again at the till - holding the pills in her hand! Rude, treating customers like idiots and ripping them of. Avoid

Good work, the consultation was so interesting seems to have improved my symptoms. I would go again!
