Ive used Randalls ribbons for 7 years and always had a great service. All hats have arrived on time and perfect to the order specification. I make a large number of bespoke hats and they are always very accommodating to extra requests and changes in design. Ordering online or over the phone is easy and straight forward and the staff are always lovely.

Ive used Randalls the last two years to get supplies to make my hats for ladies day and found them great. Everything as described, reasonable pricing, and I for one am glad they use recycled boxes for postage! I'll be going to them for this year's ladies day too!

Whenever I have visited Randalls I have always found all the staff very friendly polite and accommodating. I never have to wait very long for my goods the despatch is very reasonable
