I am not a milliner or a hat designer but I was in this shop with someone who his but I still did appreciate the incredible fabric choice and the very professional and friendly lady who helped us. If someone does hats this is the place to source the materials from. There is also free parking outside the shop.

Lovely location with good parking space. Wide range of products (also available on line) neatly arranged. Really delightful space. Owner was extremely friendly and receptive. Probably will remember me for a long time as Mr "Sticks".

I've been to Baxter's a few times in person now, and ordered a number of times via email, and the service and products are outstanding. I always make the trip to Luton while visiting from Australia, and it's because of these lovely people.

I've always loved this trade supplier for their range of useful millinery essentials at wholesale prices. For millinery professionals rather than the general public. Their range of Petersham ribbons is outstanding and the hat bodies are well presented, clean and plentiful. The staff is friendly and helpful. They made my visit a complete pleasure.
