        Worst service went for a hairwash and a blow dryer ,the girl couldn't even wash my hair even properly from the roots and the blow dryer wasnt done properly either ,looks she was a graduate and dint know the job properly

        Unfortunately my cut did not take place as the graduate stylist doesn't cut short hair.. My third and last visit. Other times I have been satisfied with my experience however on this occasion failed to explain this beforehand when booking the appointment therefore wasting my time. To top it off the lack of customer service and acknowledgement by reception and management was the icing on the cake. Their error but have the nerve to be rude. Having said that the graduate was apologetic but I will not be returning.
