This gym has been a life saver for me, I'm so sad to see it end, I've met the best people and learnt so much. Always well managed and a friendly environment. I especially love the ladies only section, a clean safe environment overall

You must avoid joining this place . The customer service is extremely horrible and they dont even read the email properly. Wish I could copy and paste all my email and post it to public. MUST AVOID . JOIN SOME OTHER PLACE Called 15 times today 7/11/2022 and no reply . Sent voice message on 6/11/2022 . Wish I could send all the screenshots of my phone Happy to upload them

Booked online for someone to show me around the gym at 10am, turned up and there were no staff in. Sat and waited outside the reception office for nearly 20 minutes before another gym member on his way out asked if i had an appointment. I said i was supposed to be shown round at 10 to which he replied oh shes normally not in until at least 11:15, you might as well just go and try some stuff out until she gets here I sat around for another 10 minutes then decided to go and walk around the gym myself and have a look, was not impressed with the facilities i saw, only tried out one treadmill that squeaked ridiculously loudly before i decided to leave. As someone who was extremely nervous and anxious about joining the gym this experience made that anxiety 10x worse for me, the whole reason i booked for someone to show me around was to make me feel more comfortable and at ease, yet no-one was there to do it or even bothered to contact me to let me know they wouldnt be there, even though it is supposed to be staffed 10am - 8pm. I ended up driving to Inspire and joining active luton which had a much friendlier atmosphere and actual staff to show me around and help ease my anxiety
