Lifelines Health Club & Gym

Great gym. All instructors are friendly and welcoming and always on hand to give additional training advice. Reception staff are also extremely helpful. Spin classes are really challenging and fun but yet still accessible for newcomers. I have been a member here for a while and joining Lifelines has felt like joining an extended family. Love it! x

Very friendly staff and recently refurbished gym with lots of equipment. You don't need to wait for equipment. I've been going for over 3 years and won't be changing any time soon!

Lots to like about this gym: Very recent refurb so lots of new equipment and shower area. Always clean and tidy, good atmosphere, and friendly staff and members. Squash and badminton courts and a very good bar/ restaurant area. Not too busy at peak time and plenty of free weights and machines to cater for everyone. Happy I joined and would recommend.
