Shut with no warning, what a joke

Gym closed with no warning Im absolutely fuming the machines are old and broken the gym stinks of fried food. Food is allowed to be consumed in the changing/sauna area making it impossible to change there as the smell could make you sick. I dont know the last time the place had a deep clean probably when it was first opened. Most of the lockers are out of use and no emails or complaints are ever answered.

Its not the best gym but it has a nice atmosphere to work out in, not crowded not loud.

Absolutely rude and disgraceful staff! Receptionist on the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional, and having a go at me instead of dealing with my claim. I'm so disappointed with the way my enquiry was dealt with as the customer service was super appalling. Absolutely loathe this gym and will never set a foot back here again! FIX UR STAFF UP!!
