        Don't even bother joining this gym, first of all they systematically stopped the Jacuzzi and now doing the same with the steam room which hasn't worked for more than 2 months. Worst of all you take your eyes away from your belongings they disappear.

        How useless they trying to be . I left my card home when I go gym 2 staff (Aron and Tyra) couldn't find my membership account on their system in 30 minutes. they tell me you need to show us proof , I show them my direct debit payment to the gym but still they didn't understand I have a membership account. I just left my card home , to lazy to help people. anyway customer shouldn't find out this, you should find out , that's why you are there., customer can give you details like home address, email address, phone number or what you need to find out the rest. wasting my time for 30 minutes just because of unprofessional staff
