Friendly and helpful team, I haven't used much of the centre yet, but the icebath is 10 out 10.

Myself and 17 yr son had ice bath. Great communication from my initial enquiry until the end. Liam helped us all the way, and gave us lots of information on how our body and mind will react. And he's there to guide you through breathing while your in. Great experience, feel amazing and a sense of achievement. We will definitely be back and can highly recommend.

I have visited Liam for physiotherapy on many occasions and would highly recommend his treatment and service. Extremely clean, professional and I always leave feeling brilliant. I slipped a disc, in my lower back, 8 years ago and get a recurring pain every couple of years due to my office job but mainly lack of exercise. On that note worth mentioning that I havent used the gym facilities although there are a multitude of machines and equipment to choose from and regularly see people of all ages and backgrounds in attendance. As a physio Liam delivers a fantastic service along with highly educated knowledge on what I need to do to keep me going. Thank you sir and see you next time.
