I remember having this horrible work coach called Lorraine (the white old woman) she use to always criticize me for not having a job constantly, she would always make comments" look how long it's been "in a very rude way yet no actual help from her apart from sending me on numerous unpaid work placements which still didn't help me get a job... I then another Lorraine (the black woman) who also made rude comments regarding how many of my family members were on universal credit, not that it had done anything to do with my claim personally or the appointment, you get treated like rubbish

I'm a single mum, working a part time job on barely any money, and studying. All the help I've got from these lot is look on indeed. Pathetic excuse for help, I want to start a career and they just want me off the list. Ridiculous and unacceptable
