        Engineer was polite and explained what was wrong with the boiler. Got it repaired ordering parts. My heating is lovely and warm. I highly recommend this engineer, knows his job.

        Called and was seen to by Joel for a washing machine leak, did his absolute best to solve the problem and explained everything very well, highly recommended

        Joel is absolutely amazing!! I had no heat or hot water and he had us up and running within 2 hours. He also didnt stop until he found the source of the problem and also eliminated it. Thank you Joel and I will do 1000 recommend you to anyone.
