On behalf of my whole family, Id like to say a special thank you to Kerry. Today was my beloved Dads service and as sad as it was, it couldnt have been more special. Not only was Kerry kind and compassionate to us as the family, she showed so much respect for my Dad while he was in her care. Little things like knocking on the door of his room before entering when we visited him. She had my mums needs in mind (she has Parkinsons) throughout everything she planned and one final act of kindness was she helped button my mums coat after my Dads service. Little gestures that mean a lot during such a difficult time.

We unfortunately found ourselves in the situation of requiring an undertaker twice within a matter of months for loved ones. As Nevilles in Luton were very busy, we contacted the Dunstable branch and spoke with Kerry. Her communication was exceptional from word go. Everything we asked for was done quickly and with brilliant efficiency. We honestly could not have wished for better service. I would highly recommend Nevilles, but special thanks has to go to Kerry Dear who made two very difficult situations much easier to cope with.

Cannot recommend highly enough Kerry was amazing and went above and beyond for us as a family at a very difficult time when we were grieving dealing with us in a most sensitive and caring manner. James assisted on the day of the funeral to ensure it all run smoothly. We would most definitely recommended Neville's Dunstable without hesitation and thank you Kerry for everything you done for us at this difficult time.

From the first meeting with James to arrange the funeral for my dad, through to the day of the funeral, the service, care and compassion shown to us was just faultless. James was patient as we asked many questions and was so kind to us all, especially mum, as we were guided through the decisions we needed to make. On the day it was so reassuring to have James there and his team were also excellent. Everything went just as we discussed and we didnt have to worry about any details as Nevilles had sorted it all. On a very sad day we were so grateful to have had the Nevilles team provide a worthy send off for a truly wonderful man. We would recommend Nevilles Dunstable without hesitation.
