My uncle passed recently and Heritage funerals were so kind and sympathetic, I must have made almost 15-20 phone calls to them but they didnt mind one bit and helped through the entire process. I am so glad we went with them because they provide a very personal service and helped run everything smoothly. *Amazing Service - Made my life easier* Words cannot describe how amazing Nikki and the team at Heritage were for my fathers funeral arrangement. At the most difficult time in my life, they made the whole process so easy for me, let's just say i did not need to worry one minute with them as they were on the ball from the minute we meet. True example of amazing customer service. Ever grateful and would highly recommend them.

Heritage were amazing! After being messed around by another funeral company, Heritage were open and honest and were able to organise my dad's funeral within a day. Being a Hindu, we have certain rituals that need to be done by a specific time and with the Easter Bank Holiday approaching, they were able to arrange the funeral service right before the bank holiday. Everyone was really friendly and the service was conducted very well. Thank you Heritage Funerals, you were able to make a difficult time easier to cope with!
