Saunders John & Son

Sadly my Mum passed away on 12th Sept, and was cremated on 10th Oct. I decided to go with John Saunders and son after reading their website. When booking the funeral was no pressure to at all: I was felt at ease. They even made suggestions not to spend more than i need to. booking to see her in chapel of rest not a problem. On day of the funeral all went smoothly. Helen Cook (Civil Celebrant) was great. My advise to anyone who needs to book a funeral in the Luton area to go with John Saunders and Son. My score is 150 out of 100

I used John Saunders & Son for my dad's funeral 21 years ago and they were excellent, caring and helpful. I have now used them for my mum's funeral this week and the quality, helpful and kind service is just as good if not better. I would like to thank all the people of John Saunders & Son especially Marie who I spoke with first off and took the time to talk about my mum and what we wanted for her funeral. Thank you all.

My grandad worked for both Saunders and Nevilles and when he died there was no hesitation of going straight to Saunders. They made my grandad feel like family when he worked for them and as an insider from working there - he told us they treated the dead with the most respect and he would want to go to them. He was right, they was outstanding with every aspect of the funeral and made it very easy for the family. I would highly recommend anyone to chose Saunders as you will be supported and it will be an easy process, in such a hard time. Thank you to all involved. Thank you to Marie for going above beyond time and time again. Thank you to Mark for making my grandad look like my grandad should. I cannot thank you enough for making my grandads day as special as it could be.
