Dunstable flooring

Just a warning to anyone else local hoping to get their flooring done - AVOID Dunstable Flooring and Kitchens Ltd at all costs!! The service I have received is shocking! After initially booking them in they had to reschedule as they didnt order the supplies in time - the owner ignored my message for over a week asking him to confirm the order with me. They left mess all over my home and in front of my home! not only their off cuts, also empty bottles, McDonalds cups and energy drink cans. They even hid rubbish in my bathroom so I wouldnt notice it until after they left. They threw my old carpet out a second floor windows (without permission) resulting in wood and nails being stuck on the ledge above the front door. Despite asking them to close the door slowly they repeatedly slammed it. Left mess all over the communal carpets and marked communal walls. All of which has resulted in several noise and mess complaints from my neighbours. The fit of the floor is disgustingly poor, with raised and ill-fitting beading that was so badly pinned its already coming away from the wall. I feel completely conned by their bodge job and want to warn others to not use them!! Service: Install flooring

The guys were fantastic and worked such long hours to get the job complete. Very professional and polite and very hard working. They did two layers of latex and the water resistant coat, self levelled the floor and then fitted our amtico large parquet. The work was completed sooner than expected and is beyond our expectations. Looks fantastic and cant recommend enough. They also fitted my parents flooring about 4 years ago and theyve never had an issue since and still looks fantastic which is why we wanted to use them for our refurb! Complete waste of time. Came, measured gave me a cost then would not answer Email to book in, carpet fitting. Not amused and would not recommend.
