A supplier to my business and me personally for over 40 years, JPR have always given personal attention, great value and excellent service. I rarely give reviews, but JPR certainly deserve these 5 stars as they have never let me down.

My first customer experience of JPR ticked all the right boxes! They dispatched my order immediately for next day delivery. 2 days later however, the part had not arrived. I phoned and spoke to Sales Supervisor Sarah Sweeney who immediately contacted UPS couriers, and called me back to confirm delay was due to the UPS pre Christmas volume with postal strike - whilst reassuring me that part was not lost. She made clear that I should contact her again if further problems. I called around to my local UPS hub, who initially were not in the least interested in helping - and offering no suggestions. However, after my further contact Sarah emailed me the tracking reference, and all was quickly resolved with the part being found in the UPS warehouse minutes later. Not only did Sarah of JPR go beyond what could be reasonably expected - she did so promptly, cheerfully, and professionally. Exceptional service, which really saved the day in the rush before Christmas. So good to know that this level of service is still out there. Thank you!

A good range of products and available in useful quantities for the hobbyist purchaser. Shipping charges are very reasonable and everything is efficiently dispatched without delay. Their customer service was also friendly and quibble-free when I had a minor QC problem with a product. Highly recommended.
