Poor quality of products, I've had several issues with different items straight out of the box on numerous occasions. When ringing technical helpline they talk you through complete different steps to what is printed in the leaflet that comes with the items so may as well throw those straight in the bin along with Enerj products. Also the sales department don't know the compatibility of their products as I ordered some Dimmable Receiver's and Wireless Switches to fit MK Grid but didn't realise until I received them they aren't compatible with each other and wasn't informed of this when ordering. I'd recommending the Quinetic brand from TLC Direct, better quality of product and never had any issues.

I bought a video doorbell. The item itself isn't that well thought through (seems no way to separate alerts doorbell vs. mere movement, and there's insufficient ability to tweak the sensitivity of the movement sensor) but the email support is great.
