        I visited this factory before buying my door and the production manager, Lenka, was very friendly. She showed me all of my options and we chose the design of my door with ease. I am extremely happy with the quick turnaround and my door looks amazing. Thank you FORT.

        We purchased a door from you and Magnificent Security in 2019. Our door has since become unlockable. You have ignored NUMEROUS calls and emails requesting a service team to come and attend. I am appalled at the lack of communication and complete disregard for your customers. The warranty we were sold along is clearly worthless as you have washed your hands of us now that you have taken our money.
