Disgusting , been on the phone since 8.09 was in a queue and was 2nd in the queue then got disconnected , retried then 8th in the queue at 8.27 then again got disconnect , finally got through after 21 minutes being on hold to be told no appointments - disgusting

Got a better chance of winning the lottery then getting an appointment here. Every single time Ive had to go through 111 to get an appointment for my son, and its not been here. An utter joke. The telephone system is ridiculous. You ring at 8.30am and youve got half of Stopsley & Wigmore on the line trying to get an appointment. Before youve been spoken to an advisor, your told there is no more appointments available for today that would be the case when theres only 5 or 6 appointments for the day. The services need to improve urgently!

Up until today I agreed with some of the reviews about this surgery and how hard it is to get an appointment...I have been phoning for the last 3 weeks daily and feeling ill - everyday getting nowhere...it got so bad a receptionist there told me to call 111 and I did and then Dr kunzeman called me at work and I was told to go straight to the surgery today.Dr kunzeman is an amazing patient doctor that always goes above and beyond on every visit *yes it's hard to get that appointment in the first place - but that's still not the surgeries fault or the receptionists fault- they have more people needing appointments than what they have staff/doctors available,they're doing their best and it's the same with most doctors surgeries I've been told* the doctor told me to go to l&dhospital and return with a hospital injection and come back and he would administer it to me...the receptionists were getting him on the phone promptly *as I suffered a panic attack in the hospital and he calmed me down and spoke to staff at the hospital*I eventually got back to the surgery and he saw me as promised..I can honestly say he is a credit to that surgery and hayley the receptionist got a message to him whilst I was in the hospital promptly - thank you hayley.I wish too I could make appointments as easy as the old days but we have to accept the nhs staff are stretched to the max and me being ill for 3 weeks was causing me a lot of anxiety and distress but by phoning 111 you do get referred at least for a call from your surgery which then potentially gets you an appointment if badly needed..thank you so much Dr kunzeman...Anna knights

In the morning you call you wait in line and then it turns out that there are no apoimentow and it's like that all week.
