The worst medical centre in Luton. I been calling everyday for over a week now to get an appointment and every time end up with no more appointments excuse!

Had an appointment recently for my scalp psoriasis, atopic eczema, crippling tonsillitis and migraine. Cannot recall the name of the doctor but instead of the doctor advising me on which medications I should take, I had to tell the doctor which ones would help me . Definitely would not recommend.

The receptionist and most of the Doctors are very unprofessional. They are very intrusive, ignorant and incompetent. The receptionists are dishonest about appointment times and behave incoherently when requesting for an appointment. There is a female doctor there that also is very unprofessional in the manner she conducted herself towards giving me results for a test and was also very ignorant and vile. I actually unregistered myself from this surgery because the professionalism is non existent and has been for years. The staff are unethical and very uneducated.

I would like to thank the lady who is the prescription manager for the wonderful caring treatment she provided me. I am on many medication & can get quite complicated as the dates are different for some of my medications. Prior speaking to this professional, I had many issues where some medications will be missing & I have to keep calling back. Since she has come on the job all my medication have been dated the same day & all my dosage have been set in order. I can see great improvements at this surgery as I have been a patient with them 35 years. Well done to the staff & well done to Dr Singh. May this standard continues.
