Gardenia Surgery

This is worst place and service ever, the women on reception is so rude maybe because i wasnt british like her, i was calling that i will be late because of the traffic i was waiting so long the bus to go for my appoinment and i was late 2 min i went there and she said that i have to leave because they cancel my appoinment for this 2 min, thats really terible serivce i dont know how this people can work with people who need help and most of the times its urgent im not going there for coffee and gossip, i had my appoinment!!!!

The repeat prescription service is horrendous. Everything has changed to requesting online which is difficult for the older generation and those who dont have access to the internet. They are never clear on what to do to get prescription ordered. Had many occasions of missed doses and prescription requests seem to dissappear off their system whenever it has gotten requested. Dreadful service! not sure why it had to change when the old way of requesting prescriptions was much easier

They dont diserve any star at all,I cant make any appointments last few days for my kids,if I had a chance to move,I dont like to write those reviews but I had no choice the way they treat people is not nice?
