Utterly disgraceful and disgusting behaviour towards patients! I am actually fed up with calling to find out results or booking appointments over the telephone as no one answers Ive been on hold for more than half an hour and queue position 1 for atleast 20 minutes now no answer. Once I was inside GP surgery phone kept ringing and I was the only patient waiting to be seen the two ladies in the reception were having a laugh and talking while phone kept ringing. Theres a reception thats very rude and has disgusting behaviour towards patients shes normally in the front desk, wears glasses and always in makeup! I must say there are some good doctors and another receptionist Sue shes great lovely lady she is, she has the most amazing personality.

Made an appointment for a telephone call waited 1hour for the call. Managed to make a appointment for that evening Got to the surgery in plenty of time and still waited 1hr and 10mins to see the doctor when only 2 people in front of me . Not a good experience for 78yr old. Thanks.

this medical center is some kind of joke. you can't make an appointment, they are always busy, even when clinic is empty. They don't care about you and your health. for example, the situation with my mother, who is waiting for a prescription for medicines that she has to take daily for heart disease (58 years old) for 2 weeks now. I'm asking for help with my health problems for more than one and half year . If you respect yourself and your health, trust me ... go find another clinic , cause you will not get better with them

As below comments, I have been trying to get any appointment for months now as below you sit on the phone at 8.30 then to be told all appointments taken. Today best example rang exactly 8.30, been told I am 6th in a queue then system tells you , you will get call back, as soon as they ring you back they tell you all appointments taken. There is this particular receptionists that takes satisfaction if there are no appointments left...she always has that arrogant tone. All others are lovely, but system is broken. It is set for unemployed people that can ring and wait for hours to get through. If you working and pay taxes just pay more go private, it is pathetic. NHS and GP Surgeries make people die for no reason, as they can not seek help. Both my kids are sick for two weeks and they tell you go to A&E this is why backlogs are everywhere I want all of my NI taxes to go private care. We spent approx 2k in last two years. Advice pray to not get sick.
