Always been a nightmare to get an appointment! I'm really disappointed this morning, called up to try and get an appointment for my 3yr old daughter. She has had diarrhea for 4 days. Due to it not being throughout the day I was told it's probably due to the food she's eating! They also stated because they are short and there's more urgent issues they couldn't get us an appointment today. Main takeaway is try 111 first, they are probably more helpful if you are registered to this GP.

Although working with the funding and difficulties of 2023 NHS, they do a good job. Receptionists care and the Doctors listen. I am very grateful that I moved here from another local practice, as its so much nicer. It's always gonna be hard in any surgery to get appointments (after covid and underfunding) but that's the same everywhere. At least at Kingsbury, they try and they care

The worst GP I have ever seen yesterday the 19th of January. I asked for my new prescription, last issued on the 15 December, she said but you still have them. How is that possible when a prescription is for 28days, had to explain it is now January the 19th 3 times will over 28 days. Karen is her name. Good luck to anyone who gets her!!!!!!!!

Have been with them since 2016:some doctors /nurses are very professional and compassionate (especially nurses that perform annual cervical screening tests), I also had some GPs that were absolutely incompetent and unjustifiably arrogant. Nowadays, since the NHS is so broken I don't see the point going somewhere else as most likely everywhere is the same situation with appointments and availability, however I must agree with all other reviews regarding the receptionist or receptionists that work at Kingsbury. Today I received my blood tests back that had a few abnormalities (you can see it on the Airmid app). My health concerns are of a very sensitive subject so it was very thrilling for me to talk to GP regarding those results. When called for an appointment had a receptionist who told me that " unfortunately there're is no appointment available for you today as its nothing serious anyway, just keep calling next week"... I could understand that there is no appointments today however how dare someone who doesn't know anything about me, my health and medicine whatsoever say something like that. YOU JUST DON'T DO THAT. This practice really need to review their receptionists' behaviour and hire someone who is more resilient and customer focused.
