Dr N Curt - Kirby Road Surgery

I am absolutely disgusted with this surgery my 80 year old father in law has got multiple health issues and needed a urgent appointment with a gp 7 weeks later still not resolved what do you have to do to get a urgent appointment with out making health worse as your surgery not helping

Appointments. Don't keep telling patients to ring back at 1pm as you need to be seen and then when you do telling them the surgery is fully booked

Everyone I have dealt with recently has been friendly and helpful. I phoned at 8am today and was speaking with a receptionist within a minute or so. She sorted out my issue straight away, together with a seperate administrative question my husband had. My prescription requests are always dealt with efficiently, and I recently saw a nurse at the surgery, who I was hugely impressed with - she was on time, professional and went over and above to explain the procedure and its consequences to me. Thank you all!

More chance of winning the lottery than getting an appointment! Once called over 100 times at their set times to get an appointment it was constantly engaged & then when I finally got through they were fully booked. This happened for 3 days in a row so gave up and went private!
