You lot are so initiating. Your practice is beyond a joke. You constantly get my elderly mother's repeat prescription wrong. How I do not know. Her repeat prescription is done via email. At not point was an email sent to say that the prescription would have to be picked up from the surgery nor was she sent a letter. You cannot blame your new computer system because mistakes with her medication were made long before it came it . Enough is enough. God knows how many others your doctors do this to. I have now reported your practice to the cqc
