Nightmare getting through and when you finally do.....Very poor and rude service, receptionist very rude, and has no customer service skills whatsoever, tutting and sighing on phone. messages not passed on to relevant people, ......Still waiting for call back from practice manger...from 3weeks ago.

Worse surgery in Luton I guess. Appointment line open at 8am and started ringing since 8am at the dot. Eventually connected at 8.08am but after talking to reception at 8.14 they saying no appointments left for the day. Requesting me to go 111 for appointment. If you cant give appointments what is the point of registering people at your surgery. Same case pretty much all the time trying to book appointments when needed. Looks like an another scam of government fund.

It WAS a good doctor surgery but since Dr zaidi has left 4 to 5yrs ago it went really down hill the surgery has been closed for nearly 2 years due to leaks so we have to travel to Wigmore to get there I also had a severe rash the Dr diagnosed me over the phone he gave me aqueous cream well it made it worse I had a severe reaction to this treatment and now I'm left with scars all over my body. You can't get appointments EVER and if u do get one it's always on the phone useless

By far one of the worst! I am absolutely disappointed there will be no appointments that are available. You wait forever on the line for them to say the same thing that they tell everyone else. I actually agree with others also who have given poor reviews because this is serious. It is actually worrying to see how careless they are and I dont even see why this surgery is still open? It does not even deserve 1 star.
