Lister House Surgery

Shocking, tried to book an appointment whilst in the surgery and was requested to call in. I explained that I received the text message whilst on my way in to book an appointment. Was told appointments can not be made face to face. Absolute shambles

Absolutely disgraceful! Each time I need them, they surpass their previous worse. It's almost impossible to get an appointment, the staff are almost always uncooperative, not knowledgeable. When you request a prescription, they sometimes send it to the surgery, sometimes decide to keep it at the surgery and have been known to lose prescriptions. This used to be a great medical practice, it's a great shame that it's the very opposite now!

Worst doctor ever. Doctor will give you 10 min and will listen only problem for the rest you will have to book again. And the booking process is mess.

Its not that they are understaffed its about their attitude towards people They shut down online bookings and prescription so you have to ring or come in for every little thing and get a appointment in here its miracle Awful awful surgery at the moment Stay away if you can
