        Currently only accepting calls at 8.30 or 13.30 with long ques on the phone only to inform you that there are no available appointments due to first come first serve nature.. Can only offer appointment for one issue at a time. Need to call again to book for another issue. Very inefficient. Receptionist sounds very rude over the phone with no care.
