Didn't clean as I had hoped, subsequently I took inlet manifold off as Chasing an error code and the internals were still choked up with carbon and oil residue.

Unbelievable! Called to ask about their Terraclean service and was advised that they would need to run a diagnostic first and decide if that was the best option, which is fine. Was then told I could drop the car off in the morning and although they had jobs on it wouldn't be a problem as it wasn't a big job and didn't take much time. I don't live near this venue so had to arrange to be picked up while I left my car there. No more than 10 mins after arriving home I receive a phone call telling me that the mechanic can not do the job today as he has to "strip an engine down". I asked if whether I left my car there the entire day if it could be looked at, the answer was no. So had to arrange to go and collect the car and try to find somewhere else to solve the problem (which was impossible since these clowns wasted my time). If you can't do a job, say you can't do it and don't waste people's time. You should be able to manage your workload and act accordingly, not assume people have all the time in the world to not have work done on their car. Absolutely trash service. I'm giving one star generously.
