placed an order through uber eats, the restaurant called me and informed me the items i ordered were out of stock so i asked for them to cancel the order. the employee forgot to cancel the order and i was charged the full amount i contacted them the same day & she told me the refund would take 1/2 days. several days go by and still no refund so i called the shop to find out what was happening the lady told me shed call me back in ten minutes and never called back. i contacted them the next day again and the manager said hed refund me after a while of explaining the situation over and over again the money was sent but only a partial refund was given he claimed thats all i had paid, i sent screenshots of bank statements and uber eats receipt and he still refused to pay the remaining amount. The staff talking on the phone were very rude and no help whatsoever the man who gave the refund was very rude considering it was their shops fault he had told me to never contact the shop again or order from there and frankly i would not want to order from them again very bad customer service.

I ordered and my food still hasnt arrived 2 hours after ordering. An order has been cancelled in the past by the restaurant for not being able to deliver.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. My order never turned up. I tried calling them then like 15 times but the phone wasnt connected. I ordered around 20:50 and at 12 in the night I get a notification saying its been delivered when it hadnt. Absolutely HORRIBLE experience. Please do not support this shop. If they dont have capacity to fulfil orders they shouldnt accept them
