First time here with the Mrs, the service and warmly feeling from Ali was exceptional. Very clean and welcoming, dessert presentation was spot on and the taste was on point. Definitely one to come back too.

Faced total unfair customer service at Treatz Luton. Arrived at treatz at 9:50pm on 30th April 2022 and was told it was take away orders only. We said OK fair enough and we weren't allowed to sit. However, 20 mins later a family comes and they get to sit and have the desert at the table at the back of the place. I was deniedto sit even after I showed my arm with surgery. Will never visit as it is clear discrimination. Horrible experience #poorcustomerservice

The service and attention given was absolutely brilliant. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience as we did mention this was our first time trying treatz in Luton. Our desserts came out in a flash even though they were extremely busy. The place was spotless and so clean compare to other dessert places that Ive visited in the past like creams etc. Also watching the staff working so hard with a smile on their faces was very impressive considering how busy it was. I would like to especially thank Ali for making it a great first time experience for me and my family and for the young gentlemen Hanif for making the delicious desserts!! Will definitely be coming back again and telling friends and family about this place. A big thumbs up from me
