Mirrors Dance Classes

We've been learning with Trudi at Mirrors Dance for a year now - our ballroom and Latin dances have improved so much. Trudi is a fun, engaging and very knowledgeable teacher. She gives really useful theory snippets, as well as the actual steps & technique, which actually help a lot with working out how to 'freestyle' at a social dance. Trudi also runs 'rhythm revision' sessions once a month; this is so helpful in making sure we don't forget the dances we've previously had a go at. Plus the occasional social dance evening, with professional dance demonstrations, are amazing nights. And as for Daniel, well....! You'll have to come along to the lessons to find out! :-) Highly recommended if you want to get some #Strictly in your life!

Such a professional but fun dance school. Lots of variation in the dances taught and suitable for all levels of experience. Come as a couple or alone - you will always be made to feel so welcome!

I have been part of Mirrors Dance for a few years now and I couldn't recommend it more! Covid had caused many to feel isolated and lose their fitness but Trudi and the team pushed on running classes throughout! We had out first POST COVID GROUP DANCE lesson this week and it was amazing! Trudi reassured everyone wearing a visor thought the class and distributing hand sanitizer, having windows open etc. I go by myself, so please don't be put off because you don't have anyone to dance with... Everyone is so friendly and the other teachers will dance with you too! It may seem scary at first but take the first step, you won't regret it! Mirrors dance is great for all levels too!!
