My parcel 15501857466068 was not accepted at the delivery address AL10 9WN on 29th March and should have been returned by the Dunstable depot to postcode LL60 6DF where I would sort out the problem and organise collection again by DPD. The DPD tracking state that it is being returned to Parcel2go (who do not have physical depots) and not to the sender, as of 21st April the parcel seems to have been lost and there is now way of contacting anyone at the Dunstable depot or within DPD to sort the problem out. A very poor response from one of the few courier firms that usually provide a good service.

When they cant find a place to park their car. They dont deliver your parcel and blame you for not being home. You might be waiting at home whole day just for that parcel but thats how they make up excuses. That is how awful their service is. Just AWFUL!

(Translated by Google) The worst shipping company in the world. The courier came with my package. He demanded a four digit code which I didn't have. He took the package from my hands and told me to go to the local depot from where I was to peel it after 5 pm. I went there to pick up a package. It turns out that the collection point has not been operating for four years. As I am away all week until 6pm I am unable to pick up my order. BRAVO DPD. (Original) Najgorsza firma przesykowa na wiecie. Przjecha kurier z moj paczk. Zada czterocyfrowy kod ktrego nie miaem. Zabra paczk z moich rk i poleci pojecha do lokalnego depot skd mialem j obera po 17. Pojechaem tam eby odebra paczk. Okazuje si e od czterech lat punk odbioru nie funkcjonuje. Poniewa nie ma mnie w domu przez cay tydzie do godziny 18 nie jestem w stanie odebra mojego zamwienia. BRAWO DPD.

if i could give zero,it would have been done,useless company. my tv box crashed and went into stanby,spoke to sky,new box ordered,it will be with you tomorrow sir. next day,get a text,parcel arrives between 1pm and 2pm on tuesday wait in,guess what no parcel or anyone at my door,was doing electrical work in my front room throughout the day and no one came up my drive,have cctv around property and two rottweilers that let you know when a bird comes up my drive. check the tracking,your parcel is going back to sky,then your parcel is at our dunstable depot,this was suppose to be delivery within 24hrs,today is friday still no delivery,rang sky everyday to find out what is happening,sorry we have no idea,its down to the delivery company,cannot get hold of anyone at dpd, both companys totally inept ,what a way to treat your customers seriously thinking about cancelling my sky subscription,everything has got worse over the years,no faith in a lot of companys now,all you get is excuses and most cases talk to a bloody machine,how easy it was years ago
