Absolutely dreadful and has been for sometime. We have so many complaints about your letchworth costa but can't get through to anyone to talk about them. Rubbish staff and rubbish service

Went to Costa at Mall of Sofia in Bulgaria earlier today. Extremely rude service. The barista said her name is Svetlozara, she also said she's the manager. Wouldn't go back to that location again.

Been told that coffee shop is actually canteen for Costa house staff members. What is the point of marking it in Maps as Costa Coffee Shop ?!

Team member at Bagshot drive thru was rude and condescending to me in front of the entire store and tried to humiliate me. All because I did not know how many sugar a work collegue took. He told me to be specific, but when I calmly and concisly tried to explain to him my reasoning, he then said he now refuses to serve me... So I went I store to complain to the manager and while doing so he was being sarcastic and rude to me in front of customers and staff, all on video. I tried to call head office, but their phone system was not working, I tried to post on their website but also not working. How people like this get employed by stalwart companies like this is beyond me, who would have thought that simply trying buying a cup of tea would be so problematic... I will never go to Costa again!
