This place is very neat and tidy. They have got a variety of beers and spirits. The grocery stuff is very fresh. The staff is very helpful, and knowledgeable about the items in stock.

I have been into his shop about 5 times in the last six months since I moved to the area, The first time a young man was at the till on his phone, I had to wait for him to notice me he was so engrossed in his conversation, the second time the girl was at the till and she was on her phone and this time I paid by card and I queried the 50p charge. The older man who works there said abruptly NO IT IS NOT, Obviously they havent got any clue about the law, she also asked me if I wanted a bag to which I said yes and she wanted to charge me 20p for a little carrier bag that other shops give free, I never had 20p on me so she kept the 12p change. The last time I went in there was a lovely guy at the till and he was very friendly, but I have now decided to walk up to Kumars towards the duck carriage way as the staff are so friendly and helpful the bags are free and you dont get fleeced buy the illegal card charge, Also the card machine at Sindhis charges 1,99 and at V S Wine shop before Kumars is 1.05 another reason to hopefully let Sandus realise that being greedy is not the one, I would have continued to stay loyal to my local shop but not one as bad as this
