I really appreciated their understanding (being it my first home project) and transparency during the process. All the guys were always friendly, smiling and supportive of all my decisions. Nothing seems to be a problem and they were super flexible to accommodated all my needs to resolve issues and problems. I very much appreciated the project managers personal approach, keeping me informed and updated throughout the process. Very easy to talk to, approachable, knowledgeable and super helpful. I am grateful for the help and his input to make the right decisions. Having him managing the work made the whole project so much easier and much more efficient.

I had my kitchen and bathroom renovated. While they did an OK job on the kitchen, they took over a month longer than expected and would smoke in the flat and leave food waste around. They were very sloppy and left grout on the tiles and didn't remove the plastic wrapping from the cupboards before sealing over the edges so it then couldn't be removed. For the bathroom they incorrectly installed the bath so that it immediately cracked (saying it was my fault for leaning on the bath), but on installing a new one they didn't bother to seal it. Just very sloppy with simple things and always took longer than they said.
