My experience.....with the pretence of a smile they will seek to Rob you of your dignity & have you like a dog chasing it's tail & if your anywhere near being intouch with your feelings you may be left feeling poison. But in your freedom (from daily chemist visit) where there a will there a way to negotiate what substitute is needed on the street..
This was my experience....if you have a straight forward smooth encounter happy days, I can only wish.
