CookerClean Oven Cleaning

My father had his oven cleaned by Andy yesterday. And unfortunately there was damage done to the cooker. Which he will not accept liability for and has been totally unprofessional since raising a complaint about the clean . Andy is a very plesant person until something goes wrong and he becomes aggressive, we have had our cooker cleaned by him before thats why I booked my daughter and father's cookers in for a clean. I made appointments with him while he was here cleaning. He didn't even turn up to my daughters house on the arranged date and ignored their phone calls and messages. We have tried to sort this out with him but he denies all responsibility. He is saying that they must have been there before. However we know they were not and to be honest if they had been why didn't he point them out to my father to cover himself prior to cleaning As they lookso bad. Not only has the cooker been damaged but it isn't that clean either. If I had been there I wouldn't have paid him but he has taken advantage of an 80 year old man, not wanting to have confrontation with him as he was there by himself and just paid. Please beware of this when you are considering booking your clean with him. If something goes wrong he isn't very pleasant. We will now have to go down the line of trading standards and small claims court and he has left no other option available. Service: Cleaning
