I wonder..... if a random person has an egg thrown at them by a malicious individual, would their case need to be heard by the Chief Magistrate? Indeed, would they even be arrested in the first place?

Have never received any correspondence regarding a hearing thats due to take place. Only found out because my wife let it slip. Tried for two days straight to get in touch and they never answered. My wife who Ive been with for 28 years left me for another man, she has not been to the house since (she left on the 4th march 2022 its now the 10th of may 2022) she has had little to no interactions with my daughter, is failing to provide me payment details for various bills and she then lets it known 4 days before a hearing that she has taken out a property adjustment order. I have heard nothing from the courts nor anyone else regarding this. Her behaviour is deplorable to say the least but the courts having made no attempt to contact me and not being available for me to contact them is disgusting and disgraceful. I have now been ringing them none stop during working hours for two days and the phone has only rang twice. Both occasions it rang for half an hour before termination. Who do I speak to? The break up of my marriage was devastating, but the lack of support from government agencies is soul destroying.
