        Had someone round for a sweep on recommendation. Was told I needed double time or a full refit. I agreed to a full refit. Ive sent 3 messages since and have been completely ignored. I dont mind if they dont want the job, but a bit of common decency wouldnt go amiss. Theyre so busy, they probably dont care, but manners cost nothing.

        George was honest and professional, his expertise saved us 100 as another sweep had insisted on replacing the fire bricks, George assessed them and insisted then didn't need doing. Great service. Will definately use again.
