Extremely rude and unprofessional man at the counter. I went in and as I was about to pay for my shopping, the card machine stopped working. The man realised he encountered the same problem earlier with another customer and agreed for me to drop off the cash later. I went back and paid him the very next day. Today my son bought some shopping, and the shopkeeper insulted him and talked disrespectfully about me in front of his colleagues, telling him I owe him money and never paid him. I went back to return the shopping as I will not shop from people who are rude and disrespectful. I also said I'm willing to pay you again even though I've already paid you before. His colleague admitted taking the payment from me. When called out on his unacceptable behaviour, he claimed that he never meant it and was joking. Terrible experience and would not recommend this shop.
